We listen in on Hindi-language tables and grade dealer fluency, table chat tone, and average wait time between rounds. Most sites get this right between 6 PM and 2 AM; outside that window, Hindi tables are usually offline.
WhatsApp message logging. Median response time, escalation handling, whether the first agent has authority to fix the issue or has to “ask the team”.
Every one of the four uses WhatsApp-based sign-up rather than a web form.
