This is the right inbox for almost everything. Factual corrections on our review pages, requests to clarify a payout calculation, queries from journalists or researchers, and partnership questions from operators all land here. Pooja Menon (Senior Reviews Editor) reads this inbox five days a week. Replies come within 48 business hours, usually faster.
Use this address if you have spotted an unlicensed or fraudulent site running a fake Andar Bahar table, an operator refusing to pay a verified withdrawal, or a Telegram channel claiming to be us. Send a screenshot, the URL, and a one-line description of what happened. We investigate every report within five working days. If the evidence holds up, we add the site to our public warning list and notify the four legitimate operators we work with so they can blacklist any cross-traffic.
We are an editorial site, not a casino, not a customer service desk, and not a counsellor. Three categories of email we cannot do much with.
1. Account, deposit, or withdrawal disputes at an operator. If your withdrawal at Funexchange, Playinexch, Mahadev Book, or Reddyanna is stuck, contact their support directly. We do not have access to anyone’s account on those platforms. If support has ignored you for more than 72 hours and the amount is over โน50,000, forward the chat log to tips@andarbahar.cc and we will escalate to our affiliate manager at that operator. We cannot guarantee resolution but we usually get a response within a day or two.
2. Personal gambling support. If you are losing more than you can afford or feel you cannot stop, please reach out to a qualified resource. We are not therapists. The non-profit BeGambleAware runs a free 24-hour helpline and live chat in English. For India-specific support, our responsible gaming page lists the AIIMS NIMHANS tertiary services in Bengaluru and the Foundation for Drug & Alcohol Abuse helpline. Please use those resources. They are free, confidential, and trained.
3. Operator marketing pitches. If you run a casino and want us to “feature” you in a sponsored post, the answer is no. We do not publish sponsored content. We do not accept guest posts from operators. Our review list is the four sites we have audited and stand behind. If you would like us to add a fifth, send the data on your live tables and a regulator certification, and Pooja will run a full review in the next quarterly cycle.
We aim to reply within 48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST). The team is small, so weekends and Indian public holidays slow us down. If you have not heard back in five working days, the email probably hit a spam filter โ send it again from a different address.
